Delete your Golizia account
Request account deletion or check a saved receipt without installing the app or signing back in.
There is a seven-day grace period. Normal Golizia sign-in cancels a pending request while cancellation remains available. Status checks here do not sign you in. Processing can take longer when review or lawful retention is required.

Request deletion
Google/Apple account, lost access, or need assistance? Email a deletion request to [email protected]
Include the account email or phone number and that you want account deletion. Never send a password, identity token, receipt code, payment details or sensitive incident material. Ownership verification may be required. Sending an email alone does not confirm deletion.
Check a receipt
Keep your receipt code private. It provides status access for 90 days after account removal or cancellation. Required compliance and preservation records follow separate retention rules.
For another account or a new deletion request, prepare a new code below. Saved codes remain available and existing requests are not cancelled. To retry an uncertain request, keep using its current code.
